This savory and delightful sausage is precooked, so you just need to heat it in a pan, on a grill, or in the microwave. The flavour is reminiscent of a traditional hotdog, especially when you add it to a bun with ketchup or your favourite toppings/condiments.  They can be chopped and added directly to casseroles, stews, etc. They can be made into 'pigs in a blanket' by wrapping them in puff pastry or bread dough and baked. Also great sliced on pizza! Keep frozen.  Once thawed, keep in fridge and use within one week. No MSG, all natural ingredients!
