These vegan smoky mushroom deli slices are full of umami and make a delicious sandwich. They are pre-cooked, so just pile on your sandwich. Or heat in a frying pan first if you'd like them to be warm and extra yummy.

Some other ideas for using these deli slices:

  • Chop them up and used in pasta, fried rice, etc.  
  • Chop/slice and add to a thin gravy to pour over toast, baked potatoes, or French fries
  • In a quesadilla
  • In an omelette or quiche (use our vegan omelette and French toast mix as a base)
  • Spread vegan cream cheese on a tortilla, layer these deli slices on top, roll it all up and slice into rounds. Makes a fun appetiser or light lunch!
  • With a cheese platter
  • On salad
