Vegan Cheese
Our vegan classic smooth cheese blocks are where we started. We used to make them one block at a time for fresh orders each week. It seems pretty crazy to think about doing that now! These cheeses have a nice smooth texture. They can also be sliced, shredded (except for brie), and melted. When melted they are nice and gooey and even have a bit of stretch! Because of the nice smooth texture, these cheeses are great on a cheese board with crackers and on cold sandwiches. They are also super tasty melted in grilled sandwiches and on pizzas. Just make sure they have enough moisture to melt well. If you are topping a casserole with these cheeses, it works best to cover the casserole with foil or a silicone top to keep in the moisture for a perfect melt.
Vegan cheese now in Malaysia! Vegan Garlic Herb cheese is an excellent snacking and cooking cheese. This smooth textured non dairy cheese slices, grates, melts, and gets nice and gooey/stretchy! I use four herbs in this flavorful cheese – basil, oregano, thyme and rosemary. This snacking cheese is great on crackers and with fruit. It is also delicious on pasta, pizza, sandwiches, grilled cheese, casseroles, and more! block of cheese is ~200g organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, kappa carrageenan, herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary), salt, organic apple cider vinegar, olive extract, onion powder, garlic powder *This product is gluten free in that it contains no gluten containing ingredients. However, it is produced in a facility that also makes gluten containing products. Though we do our best to clean equipment, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
