Vegan Supreme Pizza
The supreme pizza has the works, something for everyone, a delicious combination! No time to make dinner? If you have a frozen pizza or two in the freezer, it is faster than take out and you can eat them hot and fresh!
This pizza starts with a classic wheat crust, and is topped with an herb tomato sauce. Then we add a generous helping of Akela extra melty mozzarella by Verdanya. Finally a combination of Verdanya's pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and capsicum make a perfect supreme pizza.
Preheat oven to 200-230°C (hotter is better, but it's ok if your oven only goes to 200). Place pizza on a flat pan. Add any additional desired toppings. Bake for 8-15 minutes until cheese is melty and crust is golden. The cheese will mostly melt in the last few minutes, so if it is not melty enough, just leave it in for a couple extra minutes. The hot temperature gives the best melt.

Crust: wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water, olive oil
Pizza Sauce: tomato paste, filtered water, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, gula melaka, salt
Cheese: organic soy milk, refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, tapioca starch, salt, nutritional yeast, lactic acid, kappa carrageenan
Pepperoni/Sausage: wheat gluten, water, chickpea flour, sunflower oil, soy sauce, tomato paste, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, herbs and spices
Other Toppings: capsicum, button mushrooms
