These savory fiesta style vegan crumbles have some Mexican spices and are extremely versatile! They are precooked, but taste best when they have been sautéed before using them in a recipe. Dice up an onion (and garlic and/or mushrooms if you wish) and cook the crumbles in 1-2T oil until lightly browned. Then add the rest of your ingredients. These work awesome in:
  • Tacos
  • Nachos
  • Burrito Filling
  • Chili
  • Macaroni Dishes
  • Casseroles
anywhere you would have used ground meat About 350g (as much as you would get from about a pound of ground meat. So if a recipe called for 1 pound ground beef, use the whole packet of this) Comes frozen.  Once thawed, use or keep in fridge for up to a week. Ingredients: vital wheat gluten, filtered water, chickpea flour, soy sauce, nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, spices, himalayan salt
