Vegan Double Cheese Pizza
Get ready for some serious cheesiness with this pizza! With two kinds of cheese, you'll be in cheese heaven. Bake as is for a quick meal anytime, or add toppings of your choice before baking.
Our pizzas start with a classic wheat crust, and are topped with an herb tomato sauce. A generous topping of Akela extra melty mozzarella AND cheddar by Verdanya gives the perfect finish.
Preheat oven to 200-230°C (hotter is better, but it's ok if your oven only goes to 200). Place pizza on a flat pan. Add any additional desired toppings. Bake for 8-15 minutes until cheese is melty and crust is golden. The cheese will mostly melt in the last few minutes, so if it is not melty enough, just leave it in for a couple extra minutes. The hot temperature gives the best melt.
