Vegan Cheese Pizza
This delicious vegan cheese pizza is perfect for a quick meal any time! Bake as is for a classic sauce and mozzarella pizza, or add any toppings you'd like before baking.
Our pizzas start with a classic wheat crust, and are topped with an herb tomato sauce. A generous topping of Akela extra melty mozzarella by Verdanya gives the perfect finish.
Preheat oven to 200-230°C (hotter is better, but it's ok if your oven only goes to 200). Place pizza on a flat pan. Add any additional desired toppings. Bake for 8-15 minutes until cheese is melty and crust is golden. The cheese will mostly melt in the last few minutes, so if it is not melty enough, just leave it in for a couple extra minutes. The hot temperature gives the best melt.

Crust: wheat flour, salt, sugar, yeast, water, olive oil
Pizza Sauce: tomato paste, filtered water, dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper, gula melaka, salt
Cheese: organic soy milk, refined coconut oil, modified potato starch, tapioca starch, salt, nutritional yeast, lactic acid, kappa carrageenan
