Strawberry Vegan Ice Cream

Nothing like a cool and fruity treat on a hot day! This cool and creamy vegan strawberry ice cream is just the ticket!

When you eat strawberry ice cream, you should really be able to taste the strawberries.  That's why our ice cream is made with over 25% pure strawberries! The rest is our creamy coconut and cashew base, sweetened with organic cane sugar.  A little lemon juice and natural vanilla are added to balance flavors. Note that the color of the ice cream varies a bit depending on the batch of strawberries.  Some batches make more boldly coloured pink while others are more muted.  But all are just as tasty!

**our vegan ice creams can be a bit hard/solid straight out of the freezer. But that’s a good thing,it’s not full of air, so you’re getting more ice cream! Don’t panic, just let it sit out for 10-20 minutes and then you can scoop it! Feeling impatient? You can also microwave it for a few seconds (up to 30 seconds for a full container) to quickly soften it for easy scooping.

coconut milk, strawberries, cashew milk (water, cashews), organic unrefined cane sugar, lemon juice, sunflower oil, natural vanilla extract (non alcohol), himalayan salt
