Blue Sea Vegan Ice Cream
Blue Sea is a special vegan ice cream in more than one way.
First, 10% of profits for this ice cream are donated to causes that work to save coral reefs in Malaysia!
Secondly, one of our daughters named the ice cream after one of her favorite stuffed animals. It was a perfect fit!
Thirdly, it is beautiful and fun! We start with our coconut cashew base, colroed naturally with Malaysian blue pea flowers. We then swirl in melted vegan white chocolate to represent the coral reefs. Finally, vegan marshmallows are studded throughout to represent the fish in the sea.
**our vegan ice creams can be quite hard/solid straight out of the freezer. But that’s a good thing, it’s not full of air, so you’re getting more ice cream! Don’t panic, just let it sit out for 10-20 minutes and then you can scoop it! Feeling impatient? You can also microwave it for a few seconds (up to 30 seconds for a full container) to quickly soften it for easy scooping.
