The flavour is reminiscent of a traditional hotdog, especially when you add it to a bun with ketchup or your favourite toppings/condiments. They can be chopped and added directly to casseroles, stews, etc. They can be made into 'pigs in a blanket' by wrapping them in puff pastry or bread dough and baked. Also great sliced on pizza! Keep frozen. Once thawed, keep in fridge and use within one week.
