Vegan Mozzarella Cheese – Classic Smooth Block

Vegan cheese is hard to find in Malaysia, but not anymore! Craving a good pizza? A caprese salad? This vegan classic smooth mozzarella style cheese is perfect!  It slices, grates, melts, and stretches.  Add it to your favorite pizza base (above or below the toppings) and bake at 230ºC for 12-15 minutes for a perfect pizza!  This cheese is also awesome grated on top of pasta, lasagna, in a grilled cheese sandwich, a caprese salad, and much more!

Our classic smooth cheeses have a smooth texture that is  perfect both cold or melted.

Block of cheese is approximately 200g

Ingredients: 

Organic soymilk, refined coconut oil, tapioca starch, kappa carrageenan, nutritional yeast, salt, olive extract, lactic acid
